This is an amazing studio. I had severe health issues, be it physical or mental. Doctors told me I could only do Yoga and nothing else. I found about the studio and joined it. Sachin Sir and Ashi Maam introduced me to Yoga and I cant be less thankful. Yoga changed my life. The classes here just don’t focus on physical wellbeing but also mental health. The classes begin with meditation and ends with meditation as well. The breathing exercises which were taught are now part of my daily routine. Whenever I am overthinking, overwhelmed or have anxiety, I do the breathing exercises. They help so much in calming the mind down. There are variety of classes, no class is the same. I did asana’s on Aerial which I could never imagine of. My health is so much better, Sachin Sir and Ashi Maam both help and guide you in every step of the way.
From the time when I have joined Yoga, my experience has been really great. The instructors are fully dedicated towards imparting the real essence of Yoga. I have seen a significant improvement in my mental health and overall well-being after joining the classes. I joined ‘Yoga The Miraculous’ classes to get relief for my back pain. Ashis is my yoga instructor. After attending her classes for two months, I feel a remarkable relief in my back pain and improvement in overall physical and mental health. Ashie carries an excellent knowledge of Yoga and Meditation. She keeps a right balance of Yogasanas in her session which helps us improve our physical and mental health. She knows so many variations in Yogasanas that a person like me can’t practice all of them in short term. In her class - every member knows each other by name despite large number of members, it is only due to the environment Ashie creates. She makes everyone feel like one team. Her habit of keeping a close eye one everyone’s posture during the session helps us practice yoga correctly and get maximum benefits out of it. She pushes us beyond our boundaries during the session so that we get the maximum benefits. Weekly Meditation classes conducted by Sachin sir helped me improve my mental health. I am glad to join ‘Yoga The Miraculous’ classes. It completely changed my perception of Yoga. I would like to thank Ashie for excellent yoga classes.
